Lettings Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Manager to join our team. As a key member of our lettings business, you will be responsible for managing a section of our managed portfolio, taking care of properties, landlords, and tenants from initial marketing to the end of their journey with us.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless property management, and driving business growth through proactive communication and relationship-building with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely viewings, applications, and property inspections
  • Process applications, handle property handovers, and facilitate tenancy renewals and rent reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing tailored services to meet their needs and maximize earnings potential
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to landlords
  • Manage property repairs, liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Previous property experience or a positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high regard for customer service and communication
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, ambitious, and forward-thinking individual with a proactive attitude
  • Own car and driving license
