Lettings Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our lettings business, you will be responsible for managing a section of our managed portfolio, taking care of properties, landlords, and tenants from initial marketing to the end of their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Booking and carrying out viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
- Processing applications and ensuring a smooth tenancy process
- Conducting property inspections to maintain high standards
- Handing over properties to new tenants and ensuring a seamless transition
- Discussing our services with potential new landlords and identifying opportunities for growth
- Assisting current landlords in optimizing their portfolio through strategic advice and support
- Managing property repairs by coordinating with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Organizing tenancy renewals and rent reviews to maintain strong relationships
- Previous property experience or a positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
