Support Coordinator for Adults

The Learning Disabilities Service Worker role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a day service setting. The successful candidate will provide direct support, delivering engaging activities and therapies that promote personal growth and well-being.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires empathy and understanding. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all service users receive high-quality care and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 2 in Adult Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of working in a care setting
- Good communication skills
- Empathy and a person-centred approach
You will also benefit from:

- 27 days annual leave rising to 32 with 5 years service
