We are seeking a Payroll and Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, employee expense reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The salary for this role is estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
