Sales and Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMS Sales Manager to join our team at Benjamin & Associates Ltd. As a key figure in the sales process, you will be responsible for driving growth in the building management systems industry.
You will be tasked with developing and adding new customers to our portfolio, including seeking out BMS service contracts, retrofits, new installs, and optimization solutions. We are looking for candidates with current sales and business development experience within the BMS industry.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum + commission + company benefits. Additionally, there is a genuine offer of shares for the right candidate and a long-term progression plan to directorship.
