Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team in Mold, Flintshire.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A genuine passion for supporting others;
  • A full UK driving license;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

You will need to hold a valid, full UK driving licence as this is essential for the role.

Working Arrangements:

The majority of our services operate 24/7, offering a range of shifts to accommodate different lifestyles. Our rotas are prepared at least four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.

Shift Patterns:

Mondays to Fridays: Various shifts, including days, evenings, and sleep-ins.
Saturdays: 07:00 – 15:00
The salary includes an enhanced flat rate payment of £61 for sleep-ins.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references, one of which must be your most recent/current employer.
