We are a dynamic and rapidly growing full fibre provider delivering our 1 gigabit per second broadband network across the UK.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a skilled professional to partner with our installation contractors and ensure that our contractor teams deliver high-quality fibre to the home installations, meeting brsk's specifications and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Representing brsk on site, ensuring all aspects of the installation delivery are to the highest standard.
  2. Managing our primary installation partners, providing coaching and support to their supervisory teams to deliver on time and to the quality required.
  3. Providing feedback regarding quality improvements to our installation methodologies.
  4. Updating the wider business on daily and weekly outputs of progress as required - Being customer-facing, dealing with escalations as they arise, ensuring the brsk brand is upheld to the highest standard at all times.
  5. Finding solutions to challenges raised on site, being in communication with our build quality engineers.
  6. Flexible and prepared to assist across the business as required.
  7. Having an eye for detail and caring about brand look and feel.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years Installation engineer experience.
  2. PIA accreditation or in-depth knowledge of the Openreach network.
  3. Experience of working on Openreach network on both overhead and underground networks.
  4. Strong understanding of NRSWA. Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £32,000.00 plus car allowance
