We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audio Typist to join our Cardiology team at Work Learn Live Blmk. As an Audio Typist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical staff by accurately transcribing audio recordings into written reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for typing clinical correspondence, reports, and other documents in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Transcribe audio recordings into written reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Typing clinical correspondence, reports, and other documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including preparing documents, managing files, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Cardiac Cath Suite team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
- RSA or equivalent audio typing experience.
- NVQ 3/4 in Administration or working towards.
- Computer literate to ECDL standard or equivalent.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting a team of clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
