Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Typist to join our Cardiology Service. As an Audio Typist, you will be responsible for typing clinical correspondence using the audio dictation system, according to clinical priority and chronological order in line with agreed standards of speed/accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete audio typing for clinics and Cath Suite Procedures using digital dictation
  • Provide efficient administrative services to the Consultants, Specialist Nurses, and other members of the Cardiac Team
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that all data is kept secure and confidential in accordance with the Trust’s policies
