Job Overview

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work professional to join their team as a Deputy Lead in the Forensic Mental Health department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the social work team in delivering safeguarding initiatives and quality assurance meetings
  • Providing leadership and supervision to junior and senior social workers
  • Managing a caseload of up to 24 forensic service users, including assessments, CPA reports, and Mental Health Tribunals
Requirements:
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent
  • Relevant Social Work experience in a secure setting
