Support Professional

Quarriers is seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our Adult Supported Living services in North Lanarkshire. As a Support Professional, you will provide individualised support to adults and/or young people with a wide range of disabilities, either on a one-to-one basis or as part of a team.
We deliver 24-hour care to individuals in their own homes, who have a wide range of support needs. As a Support Professional, you will provide support with personal care and encourage individuals to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, including keeping them safe, participating in activities and interests, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health, and wellbeing.
Our Support Professionals work a variety of shifts, including early shifts, late shifts, day shifts, and sleepover shifts. Sleepover shifts are paid at an hourly rate of £12.00 and can also offer extra earning potential.
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate and kind, with enthusiasm and self-motivation. You will need to be able to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals, and be an excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes. You will also need to be resilient, reliable, and an excellent listener, with good IT and communication skills.

Our Support Professionals work with individuals who have a wide range of needs and abilities, including Emily, who lives in her own tenancy and requires support with all aspects of daily living, and Ben, who requires full support with daily living tasks and has his own car. We are looking for individuals who are patient, positive, and willing to support individuals with their personal care and daily activities.
