Regional Sales Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Leader to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading teams of Account Executives and Development Executives, implementing regional sales and retention strategies, and driving growth through improved retention, cross-sales, or new client sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, effective leadership of the Account Executive/Development Executive team, providing direction and guidance to meet targets and support client issues as required.
- Constantly review the market and relevant sectors to understand new opportunities, performance against competitors, and provide the team with clear advice and direction.
- Lead and support the team to deliver the best customer outcomes, meeting all Consumer Duty requirements, while working collaboratively with the Branch Director to achieve financial targets.
- Lead on all aspects of risk management, implementing plans to ensure every colleague meets risk and quality assurance requirements, highlighting trends to enable actions and mitigations.
- Work in collaboration with the Branch Director to highlight potential barriers to retention or new sales and promote opportunities for business growth, sharing good practice and ideas.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
- Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically placement and insurer relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering top and bottom-line performance and growth, organically and inorganically.
- Proven track record of improving business performance, income, and employee engagement within a regulated environment through effective sales planning.
- Significant, proven experience of managing a P&L Budget.
- Experience of managing client relationships.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with teams and stakeholders across the business at all levels.
- People management skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and guiding others.
