We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our expedition team as an assistant. The role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality programmes and training, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures, and assisting with expedition planning and training.
Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of high-quality programmes and training.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Assist with expedition planning and training.
- Support the team with administrative tasks.
- A Levels/Level 3 qualifications.
- GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or above.
- Previous experience in coaching or leading groups.
- Knowledge of the DofE awards and outdoor activities.
