IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Competence Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to take on a key role in the development and growth of the business.
The successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience in training and competence management, with a strong background in coaching and engagement. They will be responsible for managing the induction programme for new advisors, training and development requirements, and consulting with technical services managers to arrange relevant training sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 diploma qualification and be CEMAP qualified or have a relevant mortgage qualification. They will be based remotely and will be required to travel to observe, assess, and support financial planners, as well as offer mentoring where appropriate.
