Project Financial Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, managing financial and contractual aspects of large-scale projects in the energy and civil infrastructure sectors.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 depending on experience, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and pension scheme.
Job Description
About the Job: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, contracts, and procurements.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery, maintaining high standards, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
- Cost management and control.
- Contract administration and negotiation.
- Procurement and supply chain management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Budget preparation and monitoring.
- Variance analysis and reporting.
- Team collaboration and communication.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy, civil engineering, or construction sectors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
