Sales and Contracts Coordinator Opportunity

Join our team as a Sales and Contracts Coordinator in Southern Europe

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team in Southern Europe. As a Sales and Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes, researching programme availabilities, and developing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Research programme availabilities and develop sales opportunities
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets and lists
  • Sourcing new clients and maintaining client databases
  • Plan and organize sales trips and markets
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a media environment, preferably TV programme distribution
  • Understanding of programme and TV distribution
  • High level of organization, accuracy, creativity, and enthusiasm
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative
  • Highly numerate and computer literate, with advanced Excel, Word, and Google suite skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive team player with ability to work for multiple stakeholders
