About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Student Learning: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing individualized support to students as needed.
  • Creating a Positive Classroom Environment: Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting students' confidence and well-being.
  • Preparing Learning Materials: Develop and prepare educational resources, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
  • Tracking Student Progress: Monitor and record students' progress, providing valuable insights to teachers and contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, promoting a sense of community and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Passion for Working with Children: A genuine love for supporting students' growth and development.
  • Experience in Education: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
  • Positive Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Enhanced DBS Check: Eligibility for an Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: Eligibility to work in the UK, with no sponsorship provided.
