Job Title: Registered Nursing Associate - Neuro Rehabilitation Ward

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nursing Associate to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at the Wellington Hospital in London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nursing Associate to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in neuro rehabilitation nursing. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide person-centred care to patients with complex neurological conditions, and contribute to the development of our ward's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including monitoring, wound care, and communication with patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes and improve ward performance
  • Contribute to the development of ward policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and colleagues on neuro rehabilitation nursing practices and procedures
