Job Title: Registered Nursing Associate - Neuro Rehabilitation Ward

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nursing Associate to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at the Wellington Hospital in London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a rotational shift pattern that includes days, nights, and weekends. You will be responsible for providing hands-on, person-centred care to patients with complex neurological conditions, working closely with our team of registered nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including monitoring, wound dressing, and communication with patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing Associate NMC Registration Pin.
  • Completion of a Level 5 Nursing Associate Foundation Degree or equivalent.
  • Significant years of hospital experience in a Qualified Nursing Associate role.
  • Exposure to patients from neuro, rehabilitation, medical, or critical care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player under appropriate supervision.
