Assistant Headteacher for Education Innovation

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Curriculum and Wellbeing Specialist to lead on education innovation across our Primary and Secondary provisions. This is a rare opportunity to join an outstanding organisation and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with Autism.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and relevant accreditations related to SEN/Autism. They will also possess excellent knowledge of Mental Health/Wellbeing in schools and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to promote student wellbeing.
This is an inclusive co-educational provision for children with Autism, and we are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to drive forward education innovation and excellence.
