School Improvement Leader

We are seeking an outstanding School Improvement Leader to join our team at Eagle Park School.

About the Role:

  • Report to: Headteacher
  • Location: Eagle Park School
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You:

We are looking for an exceptional educational leader with a proven track record of driving school improvement. As School Improvement Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher in driving forward the school's strategic vision and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across all subjects and phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Headteacher in formulating the school's aims and objectives
  • Establish and sustain high-quality teaching across all subjects and phases
  • Monitor progress towards the achievement of the school's aims and objectives
  • Provide leadership and management of the teaching and learning of all primary and secondary learners
  • Take a lead role in the monitoring and evaluation of standards across the whole school
  • Actively promote effective teaching and learning practices across the school
  • Serve in the best interest of the school's pupils

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of driving school improvement
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Experience of working in a senior leadership team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of curriculum design and implementation
  • The ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and external partners
