An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Night Nurse Coordinator to work in a leading private mental health hospital. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital during night shifts.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience in a management or supervisory role. They will be responsible for managing staff on the wards, monitoring staffing provision, and providing supervision and support to staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and have a flexible approach to work. They will also have experience of working within a secure and/or acute clinical setting and be able to lead by example with patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assume the role of Site Coordinator during night shifts
- Manage staff on the wards and monitor staffing provision
- Provide supervision and support to staff
- Monitor and lead by example with patient care and safety
- Lead and respond to any incidents, providing support and guidance to staff
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Experience in a management or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and flexible
- Experience of working within a secure and/or acute clinical setting
