Job Title: Registered Homecare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Homecare Manager to join our team at Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd. As a Registered Homecare Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of children in a residential setting and ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure that all care and support services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare professionals, to ensure that children receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Two years' experience in a child care setting, with at least one year in a managerial capacity.
  • A Diploma in Social Work or NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
  • A Level 5 in Leadership and Management or be willing to work towards this.
  • Management and supervision experience.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including children, families, and other professionals.
