About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safeguarding Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality assurance processes meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a Quality, Health and Safety role in the Construction industry and a strong understanding of auditing and inspection techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing QHSE initiatives, processes, and procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to manage, monitor, and maintain ISO standards.
  • Monitoring and investigating all accidents/incidents and near misses.
  • Monitoring and maintaining sub-contractor documentation to ensure it is valid and up-to-date.
  • Management of the Work Wallet H&S platform.

About Us

We are a rapidly expanding business with a strong focus on quality assurance and health and safety. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with pro-rata application to part-time hours. You will also be entitled to our generous company-contributory pension scheme after three months' service and 28 days' annual leave (increasing to 33 days after five years). Sick pay and DBS check are also included.
