Teaching and Learning Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Support Officer to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd.
As a Teaching and Learning Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting teaching staff to promote positive behavioural outcomes and ensuring pupils receive regular and constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff with strategies to promote positive behavioural outcomes.
- Develop and deliver group workshops for students identified with Behavioural, Social and Emotional Difficulties (BSED).
- Liaise with Alternative Education Providers, parents and teaching staff on student progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possess a calm and patient approach when dealing with challenging behaviour.
Salary: £95 - £105 Per Day (dependent on experience)
