We are seeking a highly skilled Care Scheduler to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating efficient and compliant rotas, managing referrals, and working closely with our Recruitment Team to optimize workforce capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Produce Staff Rotas: Utilize a computer-based roster system to create well-planned and geographically aligned rotas, ensuring all records and rotas are up-to-date and compliant with organizational and legal requirements.
- Manage Referrals: Serve as the first point of contact for new care package referrals, completing the referral tracker, and optimizing workforce capacity to meet service user needs.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with our Recruitment Team to develop future workforce plans, leveraging our extensive talent pools to meet business objectives.
- Driving Licence and Transport: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
- Experience: Previous experience in rota management and scheduling, with a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting.
- Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
