WRS are a well-established Electronic Security Specialist creating bespoke CCTV, Access Control and Intruder alarm systems in a wide variety of Industry sectors. These include Logistics, Food Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitals, Universities, Schools and Colleges. We have been in the Electronic Security Industry for 25 years and pride ourselves on “growing our own” talent from within where possible. Many of our team have been with the business over 20 years.

The Operations Administrator role involves acting as part of a small team based at our office in Swinton, South Yorkshire. The role is fast paced and varied and would suit an applicant who thrives in this type of environment.
We are currently seeking a very organised and efficient individual to join our busy Operations team:
The working hours for this role will be 08:30am to 5:00pm including a 30 minute dinner break.
- Be professional, flexible, confident, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be a team player.
- Create strong relationships with, and have a caring approach to, our customers and their requirements
- Have strong organisational skills and be a proficient problem solver.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to use Microsoft Office 365 effectively
- Manage concurrent work tasks and meet deadlines set by management.
The key responsibilities are:
- Taking and directing incoming calls.
- Logging faults on our system and identifying where escalation is required to increase speed of response.
- Processing and collecting job sheets for both the service and install teams.
- Completing Weekly Audits to ensure we have received all job sheets from that week.
- Assisting in processing the commissioning documentation.
- Assist in producing O&M manuals for clients once the works have been completed.
- Putting together document packs ready for install jobs for Engineers
- Communicating with customers to ensure “client requirements” are met before we attend an installation
- General office administration as required.
Training will be provided on our bespoke Microsoft Dynamics system and in all other systems required to undertake this role to a good standard.

Pay: £13,312.00-£23,795.20 per year
