Lead Care Coordinator

Lambton House is a family-owned care home providing residential and dementia care services. We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead (Night Shift) to lead our care team in delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.03, paid breaks, and overtime opportunities with a £1.50 enhancement. As a Senior Lead, you will report to the Registered Manager and be responsible for leading care staff, deputising for senior managers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise care staff
• Accurately update documentation, including care plans and medication records
• Develop and maintain high standards of care in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Dementia awareness and relevant training/qualifications are desirable
• Excellent written English and computer-based skills
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and quality service delivery
