Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Business Leader to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and volume growth across the UK and Ireland, leveraging our established logistics network to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the UK and Ireland.
  • Nurture and develop strong business partnerships with clients, delivering tailored commercial service proposals that meet their needs.
  • Effectively negotiate agreements to drive business partnerships with new clients, aligned to our sales targets and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to elevate the business infrastructure and drive continuous improvement.
  • Regular travel to trade shows and client locations to increase brand awareness and maximize networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate sustained success within a direct sales position, managing the full sales cycle, preferably within a logistics, distribution, or supply chain business.
  • Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and tactically minded individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in converting sales through the creation and progressive management of sales opportunities.
  • Effective communicator who can nurture and harness professional partnerships.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify, present, and negotiate attractive service packages.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and focused to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent English communication skills, with any other European language a plus.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and navigation, including Google and/or Microsoft Suite.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driving license within the UK.
  • Be flexible for regular travel.
