National Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to drive business growth in the UK and Ireland markets.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, nurturing and developing strong business partnerships, and effectively negotiating agreements to drive business partnerships with new clients aligned to our sales targets and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the UK and Ireland markets.
- Nurture and develop strong business partnerships through understanding client needs and translating into tailored commercial service proposals.
- Effectively negotiate agreements to drive business partnerships with new clients aligned to our sales targets and strategy.
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional partners to continually elevate the business infrastructure.
- Regular travel to trade shows and client locations to increase brand awareness and maximize networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate sustained success within a direct sales position, managing the full sales cycle, preferably within a logistics, distribution, supply chain business or a similar field.
- A forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and tactically minded individual.
- Skilled in converting sales through the creation and progressive management of sales opportunities.
- An effective communicator, able to nurture and harness professional partnerships.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to identify, present, and negotiate attractive service packages.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and focused to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to demonstrate excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), any other European language would be a plus.
- Comfortable in IT systems and navigation (Google and/or Microsoft Suite).
Additional Requirements:
- Hold a valid driving license within the UK.
- Be flexible for regular travel.
