Job Description

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Seamer. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors receive high-quality care.

About the Role
  • Manage the service's financial performance, ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new staff members.
  • Supervise and appraise staff, complete medication competencies and audits, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings.

  • CQI registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
