**Overview**

In this role, you will work closely with our clinical team to deliver person-centred care and support, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

**Job Summary:**

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring that residents receive individualised care and support. You will also promote their dignity and well-being, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to care
