Job SummaryWe are partnering with a fantastic charity passionate about building better futures for people working in horticulture to find a skilled Caseworker based in the NorthWest. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with a dedicated team delivering help services that include advice, information, and support for individuals in the horticulture sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive holistic assessments across outcome areas such as health, wellbeing, self-care, housing, money, family, relationships, safety, and crime.
- Measure the impact of interventions delivered and develop strategies for improvement.
- Deliver advice to individuals across employment, money confidence, housing, social care, benefits, and health systems.
- Prioritize and manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Proven experience undertaking comprehensive assessments and measuring intervention impact.
- Excellent communication skills, including discretion when dealing with sensitive or traumatic circumstances.
- Able to interact and network with colleagues, partner organisations, external agencies, and service users.
- Flexible and willing to work across geographical regions as required.
