**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Volunteer Support Specialist. This position involves working closely with our team to provide support and guidance to service users, helping them navigate the complexities of the drug and alcohol field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting staff with service user assessments and group facilitation
  • Providing expert advice and support to service users on harm minimization and safer practices
  • Helping service users access other services and resources in the community

The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
