Job Opportunity

Gleeson Recruitment Group is partnering with a Global business to find an Inventory Stock Controller. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to grow within a forward-thinking company that aims to enhance its internal processes.

This role will be a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) for 12 months, offering full training and the chance to gain valuable skills.

We are seeking a motivated individual to work on-site at distributors' premises, conducting regular visits based on priority and size. The successful candidate will accurately inventory goods, resolve discrepancies, and issue invoices as needed in coordination with sales and administration teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Site Visits: Regularly visit distributors' sites to assess inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with distributors to optimise inventory levels and develop strategies for effective management.
  • Audit Programme: Develop and execute a regular audit programme to reconcile and recover misplaced or excess industrial goods.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly action plans and reports to monitor progress and share findings with the Network Manager.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
