Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic LNG Marine Manager for our London office. This key position will oversee cargo operations, navigation standards, ship-shore compatibility, and vessel performance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted representative of the Marine & HSEQ Director, leading marine operations, training, audits, and compliance.

  1. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Mariner COC with Advanced Tanker Safety Training (Gas).
  2. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a management position within a marine department overseeing LNG vessels.
  3. Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation.
  4. Strong knowledge of charter party performance warranties and crewing standards.
  5. Familiarity with ship-shore compatibility assessments, audit processes, and operational procedures for LNG vessels.
    1. Lead cargo operations, navigation, and management of mooring equipment.
    2. Facilitate ship-shore compatibility and manage charterer/terminal screenings.
    3. Support security initiatives and new project implementation.
    4. Maintain adherence to TCP performance warranties and uphold marine safety standards.
      1. Serve as a deputy to the Marine & HSEQ Director when required.
      2. Mentor and train both shipboard and office personnel to elevate operational standards.
      3. Participate in office and external vessel audits.
Remuneration Package

This role offers an attractive remuneration package and relocation support to ensure a smooth transition to London. Estimated annual salary: £120,000 - £150,000 depending on experience.
