Business Analyst LNG Expert

This role is a key position within Commoditas, focusing on the implementation of a global LNG ETRM system. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in LNG trading and experience with implementing similar systems. They will be responsible for gathering business requirements, modeling business processes, and describing solutions at a functional level. Additionally, they will support the creation of test strategies and execute these, as well as assist with change management activities.
The candidate should have an understanding of core LNG trading processes with a focus on risk and product control. They should also be able to quickly adapt to and manage changing priorities within the business while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant expertise in LNG Trading
- Experience with Planlogic EoS (ideally)
- Exposure to shipping management and key Trading, Risk, and product control processes
- Strong understanding of data flows within an energy trading business
