The White Hart is a traditional community pub located in the heart of Calow, Chesterfield. With its cozy atmosphere and excellent catering facilities, it's the perfect destination for foodies and locals alike.

As a Pub Manager at The White Hart, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll have a passion for great food, a keen eye for detail, and a love for building strong relationships with our guests.

We're looking for someone who can bring new ideas and energy to our team. If you have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry and are passionate about delivering 5-star service, we'd love to hear from you

Ambitious candidates will be rewarded with a guaranteed annual retained sum of £25k, released weekly, plus 22% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT. Low ingoing costs, deposits starting from £5,000 and £360 legal cost make this an attractive opportunity.
