Learning Support Associate

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and inclusive Learning Support Associate for schools in the Southampton area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide academic support and supervision to students during the school day
- Assist students in understanding and participating in class activities
- Work one-to-one with students as needed to cater to individual needs
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who can build confidence and motivation in our students. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children in a school setting and be able to manage classroom behavior effectively.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
