About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and highly qualified Global Director of Clinical Quality and Operations to lead our clinical governance framework, ensuring it aligns with global best practices. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical quality, operations, and governance across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the clinical governance framework, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
- Ensure all clinical activities meet required regulatory standards, including FDA, CQC, GPhC, and MHRA.
- Develop and oversee robust quality improvement programs, driving continuous improvements in clinical outcomes and patient safety.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to clinical quality, governance, and patient safety, reporting regularly to the medical director and senior leadership team.
What You'll Bring
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) and active medical licensure.
- At least 8+ years of clinical experience, with a significant portion spent in senior roles related to quality improvement or clinical governance.
- Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement programs and implementing clinical governance structures in a healthcare or health technology environment.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions, including FDA, CQC, GPhC, and MHRA.
