We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Programme Director to join our team and lead our programmes in operational excellence and transformation. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, with expertise in operational and project management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering significant improvements in patient outcomes, including reducing waiting times for treatment by an average of 4 days and successfully delivering business cases securing recurrent funding of £300K per annum.
Apart from these achievements, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing Cost-Improvement Plans (CIPs), providing assurance on operational and clinical efficiencies, and advising NHS Trusts and Clinical Research Organisations in designing clinical trial management databases.
As a Senior Manager, the candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong background in management of operating theatres wards, sterile services units, and other healthcare specialisms.
The estimated salary for this position is around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
