Education Support Specialist

The school is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to cover PPA time across Key Stages 1 and 2. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a supportive team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, contributing to teacher lesson plans, delivery, and assessment. Provide support in classroom management and behaviour techniques. Lead management and development of specialist areas within the school and be responsible for deploying and managing other teaching assistants.
Requirements
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with experience in an equivalent role. Be a highly motivated individual with a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for all children. Possess the ability to be flexible, show initiative, be reliable, and enthusiastic. Work effectively within a team. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and pupils. An estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The school is located in South Sefton, which offers easy access to local amenities and transportation links.
