Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs

beBee Professionals in Bootle is seeking a highly motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
