We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our Complex Care team at Superior Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans
    • Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Lead and Manage Nursing Teams
    • Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and support workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
    • Conduct regular audits and case management duties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Adult trained registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
    • Minimum of three years' post-registration experience in providing community-based care, ideally complex care such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
