About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Complex Care team as a Regional Nurse Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to clients with complex needs in West Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Conduct regular staff supervision, audits, and case management duties to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Work collaboratively with our 24-hour service team to provide nursing shifts and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Minimum of three years' post-registration experience in providing community-based care, ideally complex care.
  • Experience in managing a caseload of complex care clients and supporting the induction of new staff.
  • Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
