The successful candidate will have a strong background in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Develop menus that showcase the best of Scottish seasonal produce.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain control over gross profit, wastage, and staffing budgets.
  • Team Management: Promote high standards of culinary skills and professionalism within the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading a kitchen team.
  • Knowledge: Exceptional knowledge of British seasonal produce.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage rotas and staff development.
