Location: Manchester City Centre - Hybrid

Salary: £70,000 per annum plus bonus

Job Description:

We are working with a leading global technology brand to find a talented Data Science Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Lead Data Scientist to take the next step in their career and contribute to the growth of the company's data science capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Engineering: Develop and maintain data engineering capabilities, including SQL, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
  2. Machine Learning: Design and implement machine learning models using Python, with a focus on classification and regression tasks.
  3. DevOps: Deploy models in Azure (or AWS/GCP) and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data-driven solutions.
  5. Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of the data science team.

Requirements:

  • Strong applied data science skills, with experience in data engineering, machine learning, and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package.
