Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of analysis projects that drive business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing technical and commercial guidance.
- Analyse business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implement testing strategies to measure business processes.
- Instill a test-and-learn culture across the organisation.
- Run and analyse test results.
- Maintain reporting on business activity.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop team members' capabilities.
- Demonstrated history of creating impactful models and segmentations.
- Experience in measuring business strategy to optimise processes.
