Job Description:
  Long Term Futures Ltd is a leading provider of residential care services for young individuals with learning disabilities. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Youth Residential Support Professional to join our team in Derbyshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes growth, development, and independence for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and guidance to residents in accordance with Ofsted regulations and best practices. This will include:
  • Maintaining a supportive atmosphere focused on health, education, and personal development.
  • Working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and make informed decisions that benefit our residents.
  • Providing personalized support to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Requirements:
  To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working with Autism, ADHD, or non-verbal communication.
  • A valid UK/EU manual driving license is essential.
  • Flexibility to work a rolling rota with sleep-in shifts.
  • Enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks (we can assist with this).

Salary and Benefits:
  The salary for this role is £27,528 - £32,072 per annum (£11.85 - £12.65 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including company pension, 224 hours annual leave, double pay on Bank Holidays, training and NVQ qualifications provided, employee wellbeing service, and career progression opportunities.
