Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Schools Liaison Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools across the region.
  • Source and shortlist high-quality candidates for our clients.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is between £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 20 days WFH allowance per annum, reduced working hours in school holidays, and a supportive work environment.
